Launch Facebook Ads for SaaS
Storyboarded, Structured, Live in a Weekend
Atlas builds your full Facebook and Instagram campaigns inside your own Meta Ads Manager. Prospecting and retargeting audiences, ad copy, storyboarded creative concepts, TOF and MOF budget split, all ready for your review. Trained on £10M of real SaaS spend
Why It Is Hard
Why launching Meta ads for SaaS usually goes wrong
Most SaaS founders launch Meta ads once, fail, and write off the channel. Here is where it actually breaks
The creative scramble swallows the launch
You sketch one static, ask a freelancer for a 30-second video, and go live with two ads. Meta needs three to five distinct creative concepts per ad set to actually learn, and a single-creative launch is a slow bleed dressed up as a test
No TOF and MOF funnel structure
Prospecting and retargeting end up in the same campaign, competing for the same algorithm signal. Without a clear top-of-funnel and middle-of-funnel split, your retargeting eats the cheap clicks and your cold spend never gets a fair read
Audience guesswork instead of structured testing
Interest stacks copied from a 2019 blog post, no lookalikes seeded from real paying customers, no broad audience to let the algorithm find buyers. The audience layer becomes the silent reason CAC is high
Learning phase blindness
Ad sets get nuked before they exit learning, every reset costs another £200 to £500 of relearning, and you blame Meta when the issue is impatience. Without a structure that gives sets enough budget and time, learning never finishes

Atlas Builds Your Facebook and Instagram Campaigns
Answer a few questions about your business. Atlas builds your prospecting and retargeting audiences, ad copy, creative concepts with storyboards, and a full campaign structure with budget allocated across TOF and MOF. You review, approve, launch. Every move explained so you learn Meta paid ads as Atlas works.
What Atlas Builds
Inside your Meta Ads Manager, end to end
Atlas does not hand you a Notion doc. It drafts the live campaign structure, audiences, copy, and storyboards inside your own Meta account, with every choice explained
Prospecting and retargeting audiences, properly seeded
Atlas builds lookalikes from your real customer list, interest stacks tailored to your ICP, retargeting pools from website visits, video views, and engagement, and a broad audience to let Meta find unexpected buyers. Layered, not blended
Ad copy themed for SaaS
Atlas drafts hooks, bodies, and CTAs for each ad concept, mapped to TOF and MOF intent. Pain-led, demo-led, ROI-led variations so Meta can compare angles instead of word-swapping the same idea
Storyboarded creative concepts, ready to produce
Atlas ships 3 to 6 distinct concepts per ad set, each with a shot-by-shot storyboard. Hook frames, b-roll cues, on-screen text, CTAs, all written so a freelancer or your in-house designer can produce without a brief meeting
Full hierarchy with CBO and structured testing
Campaigns split by funnel stage, ad sets split by audience type, creatives rotated cleanly so attribution is readable. Budget allocation set to give sets enough oxygen to clear the learning phase
TOF and MOF budget allocation that fits your stage
Atlas asks how warm your existing audience is and weights the budget accordingly. Pre-PMF SaaS leans heavy on TOF testing, post-PMF SaaS leans more on MOF and retargeting. No default split blindly applied
Pixel, conversions API, and event mapping
Atlas wires up your Meta pixel, sets up Conversions API where it makes sense, and maps your key SaaS events (lead, trial, demo, paid signup) to standard Meta events. You get usable signal back, not just a pixel that fires

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Atlas write the storyboards or just the brief?
Atlas writes shot-by-shot storyboards, not just creative briefs. Each concept includes the hook frame, supporting shots, on-screen text, voiceover or caption copy, and CTA. A freelancer or in-house designer can produce from the storyboard without a meeting. You can also generate the creative directly using the Atlas Ad Copy Generator and Audience Builder tools.
What about iOS 14 and Apple privacy changes?
Atlas sets up your Meta pixel and Conversions API together, so you get server-side signal alongside browser-side events. Conversion modelling fills in some of the iOS gap, and the audience strategy leans on lookalikes seeded from your customer list rather than third-party signal that has been weakened by ATT.
Can I use my existing Meta pixel?
Yes. Atlas connects to your existing pixel and audits how the events are firing. If something is broken or duplicated (very common), Atlas flags it and rebuilds the events cleanly. Your historical data stays intact, you do not start from zero.
Do I need a creative team to ship the ads?
No, but you do need someone to produce the creative from the storyboards, whether that is a freelancer, an in-house designer, or you with Canva and a phone camera. Atlas handles the strategy and the script, you handle the production. The Atlas Ad Copy Generator can also produce static and short-form video ad concepts directly.
How does Atlas handle the Meta learning phase?
Atlas sets ad set budgets at the level Meta needs to clear learning, around 50 conversions in 7 days for the chosen optimisation event. Structure is designed so audiences are not too narrow and creative variations rotate cleanly. You get told when a set is in learning and when it has exited, so you do not nuke things prematurely.
Does Atlas auto-manage my Meta account after launch?
No, and that is intentional. Meta is a creative-led, judgment-led channel, the kind of decisions you do not want a black-box AI making unilaterally. Atlas ships you weekly Meta tools you run in a few minutes alongside it, creative fatigue checks, audience health, copy refresh, budget pacing. You stay in control of every change. Google management is different, Atlas can run that on full auto with safety rails if you choose.
