AI Ads Management for SaaS
Without the Agency Retainer
Atlas manages your Google Ads every week with approval tiers you control, and arms you with weekly Meta tools you run in minutes. Every change passes deterministic safety rails before it can touch your account, and every Google change is reversible for 30 days. Trained on £10M of real SaaS spend
Two Platforms, Two Models
Google and Meta need different management models
Google is rule-led and search-intent driven, safe for AI to manage week to week with rails. Meta is creative-led and judgment-led, the kind of decisions you do not want a black-box AI making alone. Atlas treats them differently
Google Ads
Atlas manages your Google account weekly
Atlas runs the weekly grunt work on Google, applied to your account at the approval tier you choose. Manual, smart, or full auto. Every change passes safety rails before it can touch your account, and every change is reversible for 30 days
Meta Ads
Atlas ships you weekly Meta tools
Atlas does not auto-manage Meta. Instead, you get weekly tools that run in a few minutes alongside Atlas, creative fatigue checks, audience health, copy refresh prompts, budget pacing. You stay in the seat for every change, with Atlas doing the heavy lifting on the analysis
Manage
Atlas Watches Your Waste
You Set the Boundaries
Connect your Google Ads account and Atlas takes over the weekly grunt work: search term reviews, broad match sweeps, budget checks, waste detection. Every change passes deterministic safety rails before it can touch your account. Pick your approval tier (manual, smart, or full auto), undo anything within 30 days, and always see the reason.
Manage
Atlas Watches Your Fatigue
You Set the Boundaries
Connect your Meta Ads Manager and Atlas gives you one-click weekly checks: creative fatigue detection, audience health, copy refresh prompts, budget checks. Run them yourself in minutes. Every recommendation passes deterministic safety rails, and you always see the reason.
Safety
Safety rails, approval tiers, and an undo button
AI managing a paid ads account safely requires more than good intentions. Here is the structure that lets Atlas run weekly changes on your Google account without you having to babysit the work
Deterministic safety rails before any change
Every Atlas change passes a rule-based check before it can touch your account. Budget caps, keyword spend thresholds, paused-ad guardrails, change-rate limits. The rules are spelled out in plain English, not a black box. If a change does not clear the rails, it is held for your review
Three approval tiers on Google, you choose
Manual means every change waits for your sign-off, you see the recommendation and approve in one click. Smart auto-applies low-risk changes (negatives, search term cleanup) and waits for sign-off on bigger ones (bid adjustments, budget shifts). Full auto applies everything that clears the rails. You can switch tier anytime
30-day undo on every Google change
Atlas keeps an audit log of every change made on Google, with a one-click revert for 30 days. If a change underperforms, you do not need to remember what it was, you just press undo. Standard PPC tools do not give you this
Every change explained, in plain English
Atlas writes the reasoning for every recommendation, why this keyword got paused, why this budget got increased, why this negative was added. You learn the SaaS PPC playbook by watching, instead of trusting a black box

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Atlas take over my Google Ads account?
On Google, Atlas takes over the weekly grunt work, the parts that need doing every week and that take a competent PPC manager hours to handle. You stay the owner of the account, the billing, and the final word. Atlas operates at the level of access you grant via the Google Ads API and you can revoke it at any moment. Strategic decisions (new campaigns, big budget shifts, market expansion) still come back to you.
What if I disagree with a change Atlas makes?
Two ways. If you are on Manual or Smart approval, you simply decline the recommendation, Atlas notes your decision and adapts. If you are on Full Auto and the change is already applied, you press undo (30 days available) and Atlas learns from your reversal. You can also write Atlas direct guardrails (do not pause this campaign, do not bid above £5 on these keywords, etc.) and they apply going forward.
Can I undo a change Atlas made?
Yes, on Google. Every Google change Atlas makes is logged with a one-click revert that stays available for 30 days. On Meta, Atlas does not auto-apply changes, you run the weekly tools yourself in minutes and choose what to apply, so undo on Meta is just normal Meta versioning.
What happens to my data and campaigns if I cancel?
Everything Atlas builds and manages lives inside your own Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager accounts. If you cancel, all the campaigns, audiences, conversion tracking, negative lists, and ad copy stay in your account in your name. There is no proprietary layer to lose, no data to migrate. You just lose the weekly Atlas optimisation going forward.
How is Atlas different from a PPC agency retainer?
A typical SaaS PPC agency retainer is £2K to £5K a month for a junior account manager who runs maybe 30 minutes of optimisation per week per client. Atlas runs that 30 minutes every week (and more) at £99 a month, with safety rails, undo, and an explanation for every change. For higher-touch needs, Atlas + Human (£249) adds weekly senior human review on top. The agency math stops working below a certain spend, Atlas does not.
Does Atlas auto-manage my Facebook account too?
No, and that is on purpose. Meta is creative-led and judgment-led, the kind of decisions you do not want a black-box AI making unilaterally. Atlas ships you weekly Meta tools you run in a few minutes alongside it, creative fatigue checks, audience health, copy refresh prompts, budget pacing. You stay in the seat for every change. Google is rule-led enough for safe auto-management, Meta is not.
