This summer, Charlie Ward, founder of the Ramen Club and the Ramen Space, and Max Sinclair, founder of Snowball Creations and host of SaaSy Dinners are teaming up!Â
We’re bringing you a British country getaway, staying in a historic grade 1 listed estate, Hinwick House.
Focused on techy founders this retreat brings endless opportunity for learning your next SaaS lesson, networking with other ambitious founders and making space for you to pause and think about the big picture.
Alongside all that good business stuff, we’re delivering all the good times. Fully equipped tennis courts, Sauna and Jacuzzi, a snooker room, clay pigeon shooting and more!
And if this all sounds like hunger inducing effort, then fear not. All meals are included from your arrival dinner through to a departing breakfast – all delivered by a professional chef with a British theme to fit the setting.
Itinerary
Day 1
Arrival
Monday 13th July
Early afternoon
13:00 – Those coming from London will meet at a TBD location in North London at 13:00 for our private coach journey.
1.5h drive later and you will be welcomed and checkin to your very own grade 1 listed country manor!Â
For those travelling directly, feel free to arrive from 14:00 onwards with checking into your room available from 15:00.
Evening
Settle into your new digs, have a nosy around, maybe test out the sauna or jacuzzi.
17:00 – Join the group for welcome drinks in the garden, pending weather.
18:00 – Head to the dining room to sit down for a professionally cooked family style sharing dinner. Andy and his head chef will be taking care of us throughout the stay.
Get to know the property with a treasure hunt, offering all kinds of prizes.
Day 2
Retreat day
Tuesday 14th July
Morning
Early birds might go for sunrise sauna mastermind session or maybe a game of tennis.
8:30 – 10:00 – Breakfast will be served in the main dining room by our chef Andy.
10:00 – 13:00 – Meet at the entrance as we all head out for a walk for a round of clay pigeon shooting! If you’re against the murder of clay animals, then you’re welcome to stay at the manor and enjoy the grounds!Â
Day 2
Retreat day
Tuesday 14th July
Afternoon
13:30 – 14:30 – Stop for lunch delivered by our in house chef again in the main dining room.
15:00 – 16:00 – We’ll gather together in the grand hall for some learning. Starting with a panel of 7 figure saas owners, digging into what allowed them to go from idea to life changing business.
16:00 – 17:00 – We’re then keeping a slot open for a session focused on what matters most to attendees. We’ll send over a form to attendees in the build up to the event.
Evening
17:30 – 19:00 – After a break, meet up for some pre dinner drinks.
19:00 – 21:00 – A decadent three course dinner served in the main dining room, offering up more of the best of British!Â
21:00 – Get involved in karaoke night, and enjoy all that the country manor has to offer from sauna’s and jacuzzi’s to the snooker room.
Day 3
Departure
Wednesday 15th July
Morning
A final sunrise Sauna mastermind?
8:30 – 10:00 – Final full English breakfast served by our chef in the main dining room.
10:00 – 12:00 – We’ll gather together for a final closing session in the grand hall to share our learnings from the retreat and what’s on our action list next and then chill for a coworking session for the final hours before departure.
12:00 – Checkout of your rooms and head to the courtyard to get on board your private coach back to London or whichever path you prefer to take.
What's included
- Dinner on Monday 13th, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on Tuesday 14th and Breakfast on the final morning of Wednesday 15th.
- Accommodation in your own private room or a shared room if selected.
- Activities including sauna & jacuzzi, tennis courts, clay pigeon shooting and evening activities.
- Coach travel from London and back (Departing London at 13:00 Monday 13th July, then returning Wednesday 15th at 12:00 midday)
- Some alcohol to cover a drink with dinner, but we ask you do BYOB, bring some of your favourite beverage along to add to the stock.
What's excluded
- While we supply some alcohol, we do encourage you to bring your own favourite drinks to add to the estates stocks for the stay.

We have a limited amount of availability for this trip with a maximum of roughly 22 enthusiastic founders. So we’ve divided rooms up into either 2 person sharing a twin room or a fully private room.

Frequently Asked Questions
While it would be great to have them join us, as there are limited places, we decided to only allow founders, and not other halves, children or friends.Â
To get the most out this event, it would be best if you working on a saas or tech brand of some kind.
This adventure is very much able to manage niche dietary requirements.Â
Please just let us know when booking so we can plan for it.
We can give a refund up to 7 days after your booking is made up to the 30th of June, 2026.
After this date we sadly cannot give any refunds as the costs are set.
VAT is no applicable so no VAT charged. An invoice should be automatically emailed to you after paying.
